The Flour Petals Sourdough class was super thorough, without being overwhelming. And you go through every stage of sourdough, hands on! It was a super fun class, and the instructor, Tatyana, is fantastic! There is so much conflicting sourdough info online to try to weed through, but Tatyana simplifies it and makes it understandable and doable. The class was a very fun and yummy time!
